How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, add your favourite saree to the bag, fill in your delivery address, and choose Razorpay (online) or Cash on Delivery to complete your order.
Do you ship all across India?
Yes! We deliver to all states and union territories in India. We do not currently ship internationally.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. Metro areas may receive orders in 3–4 days. Remote locations can take up to 10 business days.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, COD is available at all serviceable pin codes. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at your address.
Are the sarees as shown in the images?
We take great care to photograph each saree accurately. Minor colour variations may occur due to different screen settings. The fabric and weave will always match the description.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all UPI apps, net banking, debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), and Cash on Delivery — all powered by Razorpay.
Do the sarees come with a blouse piece?
Many of our sarees include an unstitched blouse piece — this is mentioned in each product's description and highlights.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Please contact us immediately at brandezonline+vamika@gmail.com with your Order ID.
What if my order is damaged during transit?
If your saree arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will review and take appropriate action.
